About The Project:
DTCM’s objective was clear – To Promote Local Talent & Fashion In The Region. We were on board with this and our expertise with Fashion Shows was exactly what we needed to execute this is style.
Hence, we chose to go with The Centre Of Now – The Dubai Mall. We organized a series of Fashion Shows running over 2 days which brought together top models wearing Abaya’s & dresses designed by Local Stars of the Arab Fashion Industry.
The fashion shows were accompanied by an Abaya Pop Up Shop were the guests could purchase the designs being showcased and view the other collections by their favorite designers.
This format helped in pushing local fashion talent amongst the people of Dubai, bring out names that stood out and familiarized them with audiences who were previously unaware of the fashion trends in Abayas and Sheilas.
